Peyton Thomas Homes has purchased 7.3 acres of land at the corner of Boulevard 26 and Parker Road in North Richland Hills. Mark Boone of Realty Capital Management represented the seller, Realty Capital Management, in the transaction. The land will be used to build The Villas at Hometown, a multifamily development consisting of 37 villas ranging from 2,300 to 3,000.
