Prime A Investments has selected the healthcare services group at CBRE to lease and manage Dallas Medical Center Office Plaza, a four-building, 187,000-square-foot complex at LBJ Freeway and Webb Chapel Road in Dallas.
The landlord recently acquired the property from Metrocrest Hospital Authority. The buildings are about 60 percent leased. They surround Dallas Medical Center, which was acquired by Prime Healthcare in 2012.
CBRE’s Kelley Ahrens and Austin Barrett will handle leasing of the medical office buildings; Nancy Edwards will head property management.
Founded in 2001, Prime Healthcare has 25 acute care hospitals under their management in Texas, California, Kansas, Rhode Island, Nevada, and Pennsylvania.
