Dallas-based Stream Realty Partners has been awarded 1.3 million square feet in new assignments at six properties. The new work takes the firm’s local office leasing and management portfolio to 12.5 million square feet.

Here are more details on the properties involved:

• Tollway Office Centre I, 3905 N. Dallas Parkway, 160,000 square feet, leasing, with marketing led by Tim Terrell.

 Parkway Centre II, 2805 N. Dallas Parkway, 152,028 square feet, leasing and management, with marketing led by Matt Wieser and Ryan Evanich.

• Parkway Centre III, 2745 N. Dallas Parkway, 158,000 square feet, leasing and management, with marketing led by Matt Wieser and Ryan Evanich.

• Hampton Court, 4311 Oak Lawn Avenue, 108,183 square feet, leasing and management, with marketing led by Matt Wieser and Kendall Cramer.

• Hackberry View, 2201 W. Royal Lane, 114,598 square feet, leasing and management, with marketing led by Matt Wieser and Kendall Cramer.

• Regent Commons, 3950, 4000, and 4050 Regent Boulevard, 618,077 square feet, management.
