JP Partners Realty has acquired Palisades I and II, a two-building Class A office complex along North Central Expressway in Richardson. It was part of a 729,792-square-foot portfolio sold by Equastone that also included Greenway Plaza I, II, and III in Richardson’s Galatyn Park.
Additionally, the buy included 43 acres of developable land next to Palisades I and II.
Gary Carr, Russell Ingrum, and Eric Mackey of CB Richard Ellis negotiated the transaction. Kirk Cypel of Rouleur Realty Advisors LLC managed the sale on behalf of Equastone.
