Panel Discussion on Equity and Inclusivity—What It Means in the Workplace

D CEO is expanding its diversity and inclusion thought leadership platform with a new series of quarterly panel discussion events. We’ll address pressing diversity, inclusion, and equity topics and conversations in the workplace—and beyond.

Our first event, coming up on March 3, will be a deep dive into what equity and inclusion truly mean for business, featuring three exceptional leaders:

Lasharndra Barbarin. The CEO of Medical City Lewisville, Lasharndra”Sharn” Barbarin is a highly respected leader with a proven record of success. Medical City Healthcare’s first African American CEO, her mission-driven approach has helped deliver unparalleled outcomes while also achieving top-tier employee engagement and physician satisfaction scores.

Trudy Bourgeois. The CEO of the Center for Workforce Excellence, Trudy Bourgeois is one of America’s leading experts on transformational leadership. She’s an expert at developing managers and leaders on how to unleash the greatest potential of employees. Her firm is known for building inclusive leaders that can create inclusive cultures, leading to better business results.

Charmaine Tang. A senior client strategist at BNY Mellon Wealth Management, Charmaine Tang has more than 25 years of experience in investment banking, investments, and private banking. She is passionate about philanthropy and community service and serves on the board of Texas Women’s Foundation and the Dallas Holocaust and Human Rights Museum.

Networking will begin at 7:45 a.m., with the program running from 8 a.m. to 9 a.m.
