Personnel Moves: Transwestern, Stream Realty, CBRE, Jones Lang LaSalle

Transwestern expands its tenant rep group, Stream Realty makes an industrial hire, CBRE gets a new facilities management executive, and JLL adds to multifamily professionals in this week’s Personnel Moves.

Will Sale
Will Sale

Transwestern has expanded its tenant advisory services group with the hiring of two new vice presidents. Will Sale joins the firm from CNL Commercial. He has 14 years of industry experience, with a focus on lease negotiation and administration, strategic planning, and project management. Prior to CNL, Sale was with Grubb & Ellis and The Swearingen Group. He earned a degree in real estate finance at Southern Methodist University.

 

Roy Reis
Roy Reis

Roy Reis will focus on strategic portfolio planning and management for local and national corporate clients. He comes to Transwestern from the National Commercial Real Estate Co. in Dallas, where he represented companies in both office and industrial markets. He’s a graduate of SMU’s Edwin L. Cox School of Business.

 

 

 

Ryan Boozer
Ryan Boozer

Stream Realty Partners has hired Ryan Boozer as senior vice president in the firm’s industrial division. He’ll manage and direct all industrial tenant representation initiatives, along with handling project leasing, dispositions, acquisitions and development services for his clients. Prior to joining Stream, Boozer spent six years with Mercer Co., where he completed more than 7 million square feet in transactions valued at $145 million.

 

Michael Allen
Michael Allen

• Michael Allen has joined CBRE as senior managing director of facilities management for the firm’s Americas Central region. He’ll provide leadership for all aspects of the division’s facilities management group, including service delivery, client satisfaction, financial performance, and business growth. He previously was a senior managing director for Cushman & Wakefield, where he led the facilities management service line in the Central region. Prior to that, he spent 14 years at Grubb & Ellis. He received his MBA and BS from Texas A&M University.

Jorge Mast
Jorge Mast

Jones Lang LaSalle has added two multifamily professionals in Dallas, to help manage the expected pipeline of transactions in the North Texas region, driven by the area’s strong and continuing population growth. Jorg Mast has been named senior vice president. He joins from PegasusAblon Properties in Dallas, where he was a managing director, responsible for investment opportunities of both existing and new multifamily developments. Prior to that, he was a principal and development partner with Hughes Development. He began career in the hotel and restaurant business in Europe, and holds a masters of business administration, finance, from the Neeley School of Business at Texas Christian University.

Richard Furr
Richard Furr

Richard Furr joins JLL from ARA Dallas, where he specialized in multifamily investment sales. Prior to that, he was director of acquisitions at The Milestone Group and a senior vice president and divisional partner at JPI. He holds a bachelors degree from Texas Tech University and a master’s degree from Texas A&M University.
