We won’t pop too many corks for the move, which essentially says that if you’re an affluent businessman who just happens to own a few Super Bowl rings from your days with the Dallas Cowboys, it’s okay for you to come in and play some golf. Let’s hope that OCCC will also open its fairways to black men and women who are just nice, ordinary folks.
