Dallas County Judge Clay Jenkins reported 325 new COVID-19 cases on Monday with two deaths. The deaths included a man and a woman in their 50s, both with underlying high-risk health conditions.


Texas changed its method of calculating COVID-19 positivity rates last week. The Dallas Morning News released an in-depth look at what this means for the state’s reporting system.


Dallas County has experienced a total of 78,205 cases since testing began in March with nearly 1,000 deaths, NBC News reported.


Tarrant County saw 333 COVID-19 cases on Monday with no deaths. Over 200 people are hospitalized in the county, The Dallas Morning News reported.
