The parent company of D CEO has extended its lease in the Arts District neighborhood of downtown Dallas. D Magazine Partners will continue to occupy the top two floors of Saint Paul Place, a 22-story, 273,000-square-foot tower at Ross Avenue and North Saint Paul Street.

“We are pleased to renew our commitment to downtown and to press the city to create a more pedestrian-friendly environment in Dallas,” said Wick Allison, chairman and CEO of D Magazine Partners.

CBRE’s Fletcher Cordell, Jackie Marshall, and Ben Davis represented the landlord, Quadrant Investment Properties. D Magazine Partners was represented by Susan Blair of Avison Young.

Quadrant, led by Chad Cook, acquired Saint Paul Place in early 2016 from Goddard Investment Group. Cook gave the property a multimillion-dollar makeover, with a revamped lobby, technology improvements, and a new amenity deck on the second floor. Upgrades continue, with a co-working company set to take occupancy in the coming months.

D Magazine Partners’ new 23,600-square-foot lease runs through 2029.
