What is it about spring that shifts our mid-day hankerings from rich and doughy bites to crisp and refreshing salads?

Maybe it’s the fact that the temperatures are climbing and a steamy bowl of pasta will only cause you to sweat. Besides, you spent, like, 30 minutes on your makeup this morning and are not going to let those valuable minutes go to waste over alfredo sauce and noodles.

Maybe it’s the fact that your best friend is getting married in Cabo in three weeks and you refuse to purchase a new bikini for the third year in a row?

Maybe you just really like salads and none of this applies to you?
