A Guide to the Free Meditation Events in Dallas This Week

Give your body and soul the rest and recovery it needs this week with free meditation classes courtesy of Athleta’s “Permission to Pause” movement. From Wednesday (August 9) through Sunday (August 13), allow yourself to relax and rejuvenate with guided meditation sessions in your comfiest clothes. “Permission to Pause” is a country-wide event, and lucky for us, there are plenty of Dallas locations to choose from.

 

University Park Village in Fort Worth | August 11

Unplug, recharge, and discover a new sense of calm at the Fort Worth location from 6-7 p.m. Attendees will participate in a guided meditation session led by brand ambassador, LaurenBailey Mothera, and can enter to win a meditation kit.

 

Southlake | August 12

Athleta Southlake is teaming up with Unplug Meditation for a guided meditation session led by Jennifer Kubinsky. The class runs from 7-8pm.

Turtle Creek | August 13

Attendees will participate in a 45-60 min restorative meditation session with a new-to-Dallas yoga studio, Yoga Pod. Find out more information here.

 

Stonebriar Mall | August 13

The Yoga Factory and Unplug Meditation are a session paired with essential oils from Living Essential Oilers. Class goers will also have a chance to win a Swell water bottle, and an entry into the a monthly raffle. Click here to sign up.
