Henderson Avenue continues to add to the treasure trove of unique home furniture and accessory shops. At Form, nestled between The Slip Inn and Pearl Cup, you’ll find iconic midcentury modern designs dating from the 1930s through the 1970s. But what sets this shop apart from the other midcentury modern boutiques in Dallas is “quality and affordability,” says co-owner Chris Thurman, who also owns higher-end Sputnik Modern across the street. “You’re getting completely restored vintage furniture that’s ready to be placed in your home at a fair price,” he says. Thurman and partner Buddy Hradecky travel all over the country in search of timeless designs to ensure Form offers a wide range of merchandise.
