Dallas Farmers Market Summer Cooking Classes

Things are hopping at the Dallas Farmers Market. Last week they hosted the first Farm-to-Table Caucus Dinner. A couple of days ago, the North Texas Food Bank announced the opening of their new headquarters at the DFM. Today, comes the line-up for the summer session of cooking classes presented by AIWF and Dallas Farmers Market Friends.

 July 12: David Holben. Del Frisco’s Double Eagle Steak House

Theme: Craveable Summertime Cooking with Pepper!!!

July 19: Jeff Moschetti. Jasper’s Restaurant

Theme: Summer Grilling with Chef Jeff

July 26: Patton Robertson. Five Sixty by Wolfgang Puck

Theme: Korean Style Summer Grilling

August 2: Michael West. R Bar & Grill at the Hilton Arlington

Theme: An Introduction to R Bar & Grill

August 9: T. J. Lengnick. Shinsei Restaurant

Theme: Asian Inspired Summer Cuisine

All classes take place in the MarketResourceCenter from 11:30am to 1:00pm. Online info here. Phone info: 214-653-8088. $25.00 per class if paid by Thursday before class. $30.00 at the door. $110.00 for series ($15 savings).
