In case you weren’t zoning out in front of the television yesterday, ABC’s Nightline checked out some of Texas’ hot-off-the-grill barbecue joints in honor of the meatastic day everyone will be having tomorrow. Our neighborhood friendly BBQ Snob, Daniel Vaughn, rocked his MEAT FIGHT shirt on national television and led the pretty reporter to Pecan Lodge, one of his favorite places to eat brisket.
