Eric Celeste is always on a diet. In fact, I think he lost all of his hair from standing in front of the microwave nuking Lean Cuisines. Anywhoo, Eric will be happy to know that Rockfish has a new lighter “Body and Sole” menu which features “more sensible dining options” such as Roaring River salmon salad and Santa Fe fish tacos. There’s even a Mexican shrimp martini and a Texas Hold ‘em tilapia. (Not really on the tilapia. I’m just calling his bluff.) Dine out and stay skinny. That’s my motto.
