Sarah and Paul Beauregard are the kind of cool, creative couple you can’t help but be inspired by. The Dallasites split their time between their Deep Ellum flat and their home in Costa Rica (both of which they’ve renovated themselves), while making time to visit their adopted tiger Serena at Big Cat Care. Now that the Beauregards have added their sweet daughter Bexsa to the mix, they’re tacking a few more destinations onto their travel itinerary—49 to be exact.

Last year, the couple purchased a ’75 Airstream with the goal of hitting every U.S. state as a family before their daughter turns 18. “We have to stay the night, eat, and do something cool in each state before it can be checked off,” Sarah says. But the outdated Airstream needed a serious facelift before it was road trip ready. Thanks to Paul’s vision, handiwork, and help from A&P Vintage Trailer Works and Design Engineering Group, the trailer underwent a total transformation—while keeping its original charm intact—with a stunning end result we’re thrilled to share here.

Click to take a tour of the Beauregard’s glamping-ready Airstream trailer (including the before shots), and keep up with the happy Dallas family via their Instagram account, @lovethebeauregards.
