The Crow Collection of Asian Art has announced plans today to expand the museum by adding a Asian sculpture garden on the grounds of the Trammell Crow Center. The expansion of the museum will include a complete re-landscaping of the area around the office tower, work on which will begin this spring. From the release:

“I have always considered the Crow Collection a museum without walls. In Asia, art and the environment coexist naturally. This garden will be a place Dallas Arts District visitors to find art and Asia in unexpected places,” said Trammell Crow, president of the Crow Family Foundation. “I am grateful to our partners at Crescent for giving us the perfect canvas for expansion.”

Next step for Crescent, which owns the office tower: force Price Waterhouse Coopers out of the Flora St. space that currently serves as their ugly, un-neighborly training center. The full release is after the jump.
