Texas Rep./National Republican Congressional Committee Chair Pete Sessions got hitched Saturday to Karen Diebel, who’s no newcomer to the political arena. In addition to unsuccessfully running for Congress in Florida in 2010, she recently dropped out of the race for the new Florida 26th District election.
Instead of taking his girlfriend to a movie, Pete caught Politico’s David Cantanese’s attention in March when he took Diebel to “a gathering of the GOP conference.”
