The News would have made it–in fact, it would have ranked #9 or #10 out of 20–if it still weren’t under an order that prevents it from reporting its numbers through the Audit Bureau of Circulations, where these came from. (And, by the way, I heard that the DA still considers his inquiry into circulation fraud at the News an “open investigation.”)
