We recently took a virtual trip to Pinocchio Drive (and the 1950s) when a mid-century gem hit the Dallas real estate market. Today, we explore a few more available abodes in the Disney Streets, because it would be pretty cool (enchanting even) to have “Wonderland Trail” be a part of your address.

11032 Pinocchio Drive

pinocchio2

Price: $699,000

Numbers: 4 bed | 3.1 bath | 3,888 square feet

Highlights: We make our return to Pinocchio Drive, but this time, the recently renovated kitchen appliances swap their pink hue for sleek stainless steel, and the lighting take on a more modern form. That front porch is a wish your heart makes.

10908 Wonderland Trail

wonderland

Price: $950,000

Numbers: 4 bed | 3.1 bath | 5,642 square feet

Highlights: The sprawling Ranch house is the largest of today’s roundup, and boasts some well-placed skylights, a wall of windows, extensive entertaining areas, including a full commercial wet bar that would be perfect for concocting these Disney-themed cocktails.

3818 Peter Pan Drive

peter-pan

Price: $714,900

Numbers: 4 bed | 3.1 bath | 3,571 square feet

Highlights: Though the exterior is likely identical to its original 1970s look, one step inside this home reveals an interior that’s been gorgeously updated to match today’s tastes. Every inch is striking, but the pretty French doors that look out on the pool and patio might be our favorite feature. This may not be the happiest place on earth, but we’d settle for it anyway.
