Coppell Farmers Market

8 a.m. to noon, Saturday

Get all of your groceries for the week with a trip to the Coppell Farmers Market. The market will have pecans, Texas olive oil and vinegar, sustainably raised beef and pork, and hydroponic greens (arugula, lettuce, watercress, and mustard greens). Also shop for fresh produce such as mushrooms, shelled field peas, and seafood from the Gulf. You’ll also find room sprays, lip balm, honey, and handmade butter. Here’s a full list of what the market will have this weekend.

On Saturday, you can check out Emma Walsh while the kiddos play with plants and dirt in Mama Ida’s Garden. Keep up with the market through its newsletter.

Historic McKinney Farmers Market at Chestnut Square

8 a.m. to noon, Saturday

Downtown McKinney channels the old market days on Saturday mornings, where local meat, honey, fruits and vegetables, and dairy line the streets. You can also grab a bottle of wine, fresh flowers, and pasta. The Dixie’s Store will be open for the market, selling soda, old-fashioned candy, ice cream, and old-fashioned knick-knacks to embrace an old-fashioned feel during your trip.

Grand Prairie Farmers Market

8 a.m. to 1 p.m., Saturday

In addition to the weekly farmers and vendors, who will be selling everything from fruits and vegetables to salsa and candles, join in for the 2nd Craft Fair Day. Several craft vendors will be selling beautiful homemade crafts, jewelry, lawn art, and more. Master Chef Jr. Jessica Stephen will have a lemonade, tea, and cookie stand to raise money for the families of the fallen Dallas police officers. You can also catch music from John Dosher from 10 a.m. to noon.
