Get That Cali Style with Gorjana 

Southern California-based gorjana opened its fourth Texas location in West Village last month. The beachy jewelry brand offers a little of everything, with plated and solid gold pieces, necklaces and bracelets perfect for layering, and a large variety of precious stones, from opals to emeralds and diamonds. Gorjana also has something for every price point. Pieces range from $20 studs all the way up to a $4,500 diamond necklace. 

It’s Your Heyday

Skincare and facial brand Heyday is now open in Knox-Henderson. Here, you can shop affordable skin care products—most items are priced under $100—that focus on a variety skin types and condition. You can also try a personalized facial. The spot has plenty of opening deals. Learn more here.

Plenty of New Shops and Spots at NorthPark

NorthPark Center has opened a bevy of new shops this fall. Southern California-based athleisure brands Vuori and Alo Yoga both opened on the first level in the North Court and across from Nespresso, respectively. Cult-favorite Danish fashion brand, Ganni finally opened its doors in October, after a multi-month delay. Other openings include bespoke menswear line Hive & Colony, tee and loungewear haven Buck Mason, and Scandi-inspired fashion house Annie Bing.

Don’t Miss Teressa Foglia at Highland Park Village

Western wear is having a resurgence these days, and celeb hatmaker Teressa Foglia is at the ready with a special Dallas line of hats. Since November, the milliner has been selling custom hats at Highland Park Village. The popup ends January 5, so check it out before it’s too late.

Preppy Atlanta-based fashion brands Sid & Ann Mashburn have packed up their Knox Street store and scooted around the corner to a sleek and bright 4,200-square-foot spot at 4615 Cole Ave.

Get Fast Service at Paralee Boyd Salon

Tired of spending all day getting her hair done, Dana White opened her first salon 10 years ago to cater specifically to Black women. Named Paralee Boyd Hair Salon for White’s grandmother, the salon is focused on helping women in and out of the chair as quickly as possible. Paralee’s services, like Blow & Go, silky smooth treatment, and sugar scalp scrubs, are all complete within 90 minutes. White recently moved the salon and set up shop in Arlington.

GlossLab Continues Its Dallas Takeover

Buzzy membership-based nail salon GlossLab took the city by storm when it opened its first Dallas location last summer. The chain is opening a second spot, 4416 Lovers Ln., on December 16, and a Lakewood location is set for some time next year. 

Movement Climbing Gym Opens a Second Location

Movement Climbing Gym celebrated the grand opening of its second Dallas location December 10. The Design District gym offers various fitness, yoga, and climbing classes, as well as youth programs. There are HIIT, core, and strength offerings, as well as plenty of climbing options, like bouldering, speed climbing, and more. 

Alchemy’s Finally Here

Alchemy 43 is now open in Hillside Village. The ‘aesthetics bar’ offers plenty of med spa services, including a variety of wellness shots, Botox, dermal fillers, microneedling, and more.
