You gotta give props to a girl who began her career in high school. Dallasite, Amber Venz, created her first jewelry designs as a freshman back in 2001 and has since launched her own line which is now available at Studio Sebastian in Snider Plaza. Venz’s collection has a lovely vintage feel reminiscent of old Hollywood glamour. She expertly combines pearls, ribbons, chains and rhinestones rendering baubles that stand out in a crowd not only for their distinctive look but their beauty as well. Her style is on trend too as many of the necklaces are made up of several strands of pearls and stones (see my recent blog on layered necklaces). This young entrepreneur also offers headbands adorned with feathers, bows, rhinestones, and pearls. Her unique ability to successfully blend new and old, casual and dressy, and classic and modern is not an easy feat. Prices range from $120-$2,400. Her web site isn’t up yet but we will let you know when it is. Until then, stop by Studio Sebastian to get yourself an original Amber Venz. It may we worth a lot some day. This girl is definitely going places.
