Here’s a look at how home prices have fared recently in North Texas. This map shows the percent change in median sales prices of single-family homes from 2005-2006. The areas of the map are determined by North Texas Real Estate Information Systems, the multiple listings service that operates in North Texas. The median prices for each area were taken from all sales between January and November for each year.
