The Dallas Opera. This year’s season opens November l; highlights include The Marriage of Figaro, Aids, II Trittico, and The Voyage of Edgar. Allen Poe. All shows performed at the Music Hall in Fair Park. For information and tickets, call 443-1000.

The Lyric Opera of Dallas. This season’s offerings are Man of La Mancha and The Pirates of Penzance. The Lyric Opera of Dallas may be found on stage a! the Majestic Theatre. Ticket prices range from $7 to $40 368-2183.

Shakespeare Festival of Dallas. The Shakespeare Festival is celebrating its 20th season of free, outdoor performances that are fun for the whole family. Samuell-Grand Park in East Dallas, just one block north of I-30, For more information contact the festival office at 559-2778.
