GENERAL HOSPITAL OF LAKEWOOD

General Hospital of Lakewood is a 64-bed medical/surgical hospital offering both in-patient and out-patient services. The hospital offers 24-hour emergency room treatment with fully staffed intensive care and coronary care facilities. One of the special services offered is an Eating Disorder Unit for the detection and treatment of eating disorders such as bulimia, anorexia and chronic over-eating. Treatment includes medical, dietary and psychological counseling with an extended after care program.
