What I do …
“I work in commercial real estate, helping tenants find office space that aligns with their business goals.”

Who is your style icon?
“Victoria Beckham. She still looks so Posh. (See what I did there?) She always looks so put together, whether she is in a tailored dress, or in boyfriend jeans with her hair back. I love all of her looks, but without the crazy-tall heels.”

How does your work influence what you wear?
“In commercial real estate, we are always on the move. You can start the day off all buttoned-up for a meeting with a prospective client, then switch to flats or your most comfortable heels for walking tours of Dallas’ office buildings. Most days, I’m fighting off that Dallas heat, then back to the office with freezing AC to make calls and negotiate contracts. Happy hour and networking after hours can be a large part of commercial real estate, which calls for something that can be transitional from day to night, or from day to Pilates class, then back for dinner.”

What inspires your style choices?
“I am a huge shoe fan. Some days, I dress backward. I choose my shoes, depending on what I have planned for the day, and then dress around them.”

How would you describe your style?
“Classic with a hippie flair. Bring on the wide-leg pants and bell sleeves.”

What do you never leave home without?
“Ponytail holder, mascara, and business cards.”

Do you have a go-to look?
“High-waisted pants, skirts, you name it—with a flowing shirt tucked in. I also love to accessorize with scarves. In the summer, silk scarves tied around my neck dress up any top or dress, which allows me to leave the blazer at home.”

Favorite store?
“Front Door Fashion in the Design District gets the job done. I can set aside an hour and a half, and the stylist gets to work pulling items and accessorizing outfits. For the weekend, I like to channel my inner bohemian babe, with outfits from Favor the Kind. I focus on buying the right, high-quality items and have them in my closet for years.”
