Over 150 yoga-enthusiasts decked out in glow sticks, neon body paint and temporary tattoos converged on the rooftop of the 1200 Ross Avenue garage downtown to celebrate International Day of Yoga on June 21. Hosted by VITAL Fitness Studio, instructors Bobby Candelas, Noemi Martinez, and Chloe Brown led a 60-minute class that flowed through sunset overlooking the Dallas skyline. After class, yogis nama-stayed for the epic nighttime views, took photos with the infamous SkaterBIRD sculpture by Brad Oldham, and sipped on Katy Trail Vodka cocktails. The event was sponsored by D Magazine and Lululemon Dallas made a donation on behalf of every attendee to local charity Hanuman Homies.
