We first told you about the cheeky Read Between the Lines greeting cards here. Now word comes that the designing duo whipped up the newly launched Art Prints, a collection of prints with phrases from their most popular cards. The modern prints include phrases like “XOXO to you,” “I’m Feeling Tipsy and Fresh,” and “You’re the Bestest and the Mostest.” You can find the prints for $24.95 online or at Neighborhood in the Bishop Arts District. To celebrate the launch, we asked Melinda and Tammy to tell us their bestest and mostest favorite things right now.

1. Lark on the Park (next to Klyde Warren Park): The cuisine is so fresh – and freshly thought-out: 100% crave-tastic. Service has been consistently super-duper and those immense chalk wall drawings by local artists are stunning.

2. Vinyard Framing is our big crush. They do wonderful work for lots of top interior designers in town, have one zillion frames to choose from, and are (believe it or not!) competitive in pricing with those big-box framers. S is for Score!

3. The Juice Bar in Inwood Village: Melinda swears by the C-Blast – not only is it delish, but three C-Blasts in one day will nuke a budding cold! Bonus: score an equally fresh Lululemon hoodie next door at The Bar Method while you wait.

4.  The Pearl Latte from Pearl Cup – the most perfect way to start the day! Or re-start. Or jump start. Tammy’s daily addiction.

5. Neighborhood in the Bishop Arts District carries furniture lines Gus Modern and Younger – both provide killer (and comfy!) Mad Men style in scrumptious fabric choices. Let Erin and Shannon help you select something perfect for your place.

6.  The reborn Design District, specifically FT33, Meddlesome Moth, Oak and the new Ascension. Seriously gorgeous gastronomy for your every mood and budget! (Photo of FT33 by Kevin Marple Hunter.)

7. Dirt Flowers – pretty much plant-and-flower-Nirvana for those wanting a gift that’s different-amazing. They will hook. you. up. This is not your mama’s florist, and you will be addicted!
