Dallas County Judge Clay Jenkins reported 133 new COVID-19 cases and two deaths on Monday, which includes Sunday’s totals.

First Lady Jill Biden will travel to Dallas-Fort Worth on Tuesday to visit COVID-19 vaccine sites as part of their nation-wide tour to reach Americans who still need to get vaccinated. According to the White House, the goal of the trip is to highlight the ease of getting vaccinated, mobilize grassroots vaccine education, and improve outreach efforts, WFAA reports.

Fort Worth is holding several neighborhood vaccination clinics through the week. On Tuesday morning, shots will be available for people 18 and older from 9 to 11 at the Handley Meadowbrook Community Center. From 2-4 p.m., doses will be distributed at the R.D. Evans Community Center. Learn more with KERA.
