For the first time since June, the state of Texas reports less than 3,000 people hospitalized with COVID-19, the Texas Tribune reports. As of April 13, 15.7 percent of Texas has been fully vaccinated.


The CDC says that fully vaccinated individuals can travel throughout the United States without being tested for COVID-19, KERA reports.
