Patient satisfaction has reached a 20-year high of 80 out of 100, up 1.9 percent from 2012, according to ACSI, which surveys about 70,000 consumers each year.
More specifically, American Medical News points out, industry leaders in patient satisfaction come in as Ambulatory care at 82 and outpatient care at 83 out of 100. Hospital care came in behind at 78 out of 100.
