June 12: Dance Club Cardio – Upbeat, continuous cardio dance routines to latest pop, hip-hop & latin music.
July 24: Tone & Tighten – Sculpt lean, sexy muscles through high repetition of small isometric movements.
August 14: Buddy Bootcamp – Grab a friend for fun & challenging interval exercises.
Details:
Classes start at 2pm. No experience or equipment neccesary. Just bring your friends and a desire to sweat! Complimentary water provided. Workout open to 13+. Complimentary pool access, sips and light bites will provided to all attendees 21+. Bring your swimsuit, to relax, recharge and kickback at The Westin Galleria Dallas pool until 6 PM.
