August 14: Buddy Bootcamp – Grab a friend for fun & challenging interval exercises.

Classes start at 2pm. No experience or equipment neccesary. Just bring your friends and a desire to sweat! Complimentary water provided. Workout open to 13+. Complimentary pool access, sips and light bites will provided to all attendees 21+. Bring your swimsuit, to relax, recharge and kickback at The Westin Galleria Dallas pool until 6 PM.
