Tone Your Legs With These 5 Exercises

Shape your lower half by adding these moves to your routine.

When we asked Mason Murphy, divisional vice president at fitness boot camp program Camp Gladiator, what his top five exercises are for toning up legs, he was quick to answer: squats, kettle-bell swing, reverse lunges, split squats, and lateral leaps. Two of Camp Gladiator’s instructors, Brandon Hall and Morgan Reimann, demonstrated the moves. Here’s hoping our legs look like theirs soon.
