In partnership with the Association for Corporate Growth, D CEO hosted the 2014 Mergers & Acquisitions Awards on Tuesday evening, honoring a variety of DFW mergers and acquisitions deals and dealmakers in six different categories.

Small Deal of the Year: Landpoint Inc.

Midsize Deal of the Year: Daseke Inc.’s merger with Boyd Bros.

Large Deal of the Year: Hostess Brands LLC

Mega Deal of the Year: AMR Corp.’s merger with US Airways Group

Intermediary Dealmaker of the Year: Hatch C. Smith Jr., Commerce Street Capital

Adviser Dealmaker of the Year: Glenn West, Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP
