We get all kinds of press releases about everything here, but this one (about a DFW event) caught my eye today:

Women’s Foodservice Forum Series Encourages Risk-Taking
2008-2009 Regional Connects meetings focus on challenging the status quo

MINNEAPOLIS (October 20, 2008) – Dallas-area foodservice professionals will have the opportunity to build skills towards one of the Women’s Foodservice Forum’s core competencies, risk-taking,  by attending the organization’s upcoming Regional Connects meeting on October 23 from 4:00 — 7:00 p.m. at the Dr. Pepper/Snapple Group headquarters in Plano, TX.

To me, taking chances with “foodservice” means chopping raw chicken, not washing your hands, and then making a salad with unrinsed Mexican lettuce.
