Dallas is Going Bats, Man

What about the Boy Wonder?A quick search for tickets to tonight’s midnight showing of The Dark Knight indicates that there will be a lot of groggy people rolling into work tomorrow. Five out of six Bat screens at the Northpark AMC theater have sold out. The Royal Lane, Addison and Plano locations of Studio Movie Grill’s midnight batflick have sold out as well.

And when you roll out of bed tomorrow and can’t find your work duds, just slip into something comfortable (shown left) and no one will be the wiser.

I heard they almost filmed this in Irving.

  2. Dwight Schrute says:

Both the midnight and 3:30 a.m. (!!!) showings on the IMAX at the Cinemark at LBJ and Webb Chapel are sold out too.

But the 12:15 a.m. showing of “Space Chimps” still has tickets available if you’re up there anyway and just want to see any old movie. Starring chimpanzees. In space.

Just remember, in space, no one can hear you fling your poo.

This is by far the most super zowie awesome Batman ever.

The Dark Knight was indeed straight up awesome. Even after all the hype, Ledger was about as perfect a Joker as there can be.
