SILVER CITY RIPPER FOUND GUILTY

corey.jpgBack in February we wrote about Silver City Cabaret and the egregious crimes occurring therein. Perhaps the worst—and I have to qualify with “perhaps” because of the number and magnitude of the crimes—is what Silver City employee Tommy Charalambopoulos did to this guy, Corey Robinson. Charalambopoulos, otherwise known as Tommy C, gutted him, cut him from stomach to shoulder, because of what Robinson had said of him. And what was that? Robinson told management it made a bad move rehiring Tommy C. after he allegedly raped a dancer in 2003. The filleting was Tommy C’s response to Robinson.

Well, Wednesday night Tommy C. was convicted of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. He faces up to 20 years in prison. This won’t be nearly as bad as what Robinson endured. Because the wound was so deep, doctors couldn’t stitch it. So day after day they had to rip it, from stomach to shoulder, lest it become infected.

A FBvian with close ties to Silver City says that management is considering closing the club. FYI: management is the Mantas family, whose patriarch, Michail, lives in Preston Hollow in a home valued at $3.6 million, and whose children, Alexi and Thanasi, run Silver City. At least on paper.
