CLICKETY HACKED

|

Dallas lawyers Joel Fineberg and Stephen Malouf started LostClicks.com, a class-action suit alleging click fraud. (You may remember a previous mention of same.) Those per-click rates that Google and other search engines charge ain’t so accurate, they say. Now comes word from Arkansas that Google will refund advertisers $60 million to settle the lawsuit, in addition to a $30 million payday for the lawyers like Malouf who negotiated it. Nice.
