DFW Restaurant Week is back, y’all. Reservations officially open today and, with it, this year’s list of 100 participating restaurants from across Dallas and Tarrant counties.

The dining event will run August 9 through September 5, and like last year, there will be both dining and takeout options available: three-course prix fixe dinners for $39 or $49, and two-course lunches for $19. As usual, 20 percent of each meal will be donated to the North Texas Food Bank (for Dallas restaurants) or Lena Pope (for Tarrant diners).

As for the some of the many restaurants involved, find some newer restaurants you might not have visit yet, like El Patio Mex-Tex and Terra (Eataly’s crown jewel upstairs restaurant). But there are plenty steakhouse classics, too, or solid go-tos such as Fachini, Musume, Niwa Japanese BBQ, and Billy Can Can. Whenever you want to dine, book those reservations quick and early.

DFW Restaurant Week Dates: Aug 9–Sept 5

The list reveal and reservation day: July 12
Preview Weekend:  Aug 6–8
Official Kick-Off: Aug 9–15
Some restaurants will extend DFWRW through: Sept 5
