Meet Y’s Kitchen Catering, a New Japanese Catering Company

Two veterans of the Dallas food community join forces.

If you’re looking for a sensational new twist on your next office or holiday party, think Japanese food. Yosuke Fukuda, the former GM at Tei-An has joined Hiroshi Suzuki, executive chef for Gate Gourmet and Tei Tei Robata bar for 13 years, to form Y’s Kitchen Catering.

The Facebook page is up and the website is under construction, but Yosuke promises they will be filled with the details soon. The team will bring a custom Japanese culinary experiences to your home, office, or event space. The full-service company will provide wait staff and bartenders.
