FT 33 Announces 2015 Guest Chef Series

FT 33‘s Executive chef and owner Matt McCallister has unveiled his 2015 Guest Chef Series. All dinners will feature an eight-course menus with optional wine pairings, the menus will each capture the distinct essence of Matt and the visiting chef, who collaborate to produce the final product. Here’s the dirt:

The guest chef dinners will take place at FT33 on the third Monday of each month. The remainder of the 2015 series will be announced midway through 2015.

 $105 per person for the eight-course menu

$55 per person for wine pairings

Reservations are required and seating is limited
