Luxury retailer Grange Hall is adding a fancy dining room. The chef of the new, lunch-only café is the former captain of the kitchen at St. Germain, Chad Martin. Sharon Hage consulted with Martin on the “seasonally inspired” menu. The café will accommodate approximately 50 guests and will be available for teas and special events. An extensive selection of Mariage Frères Tea will be offered alongside interesting wines, Champagne, and locally roasted coffee. Expect the cafe to open “in a few weeks.”
