With high hopes for private-plane Super Bowl traffic (and 14 restaurant openings under their collective belt), the Kelcher brothers (remember Metro Grill on Central?) and Dallas city officials cut the ribbon on Delta Charlie’s, the latest incarnation of this long-standing watering hole in the Dallas Executive Airport (Formerly know as Red Bird Airport).
