Dishers, please don’t dillydally around and wait until the last minute. This morning I got an update on reservations for the first SideDish Supper Club, and more than half the seats are already reserved. (So far I’ve only announced the dinner to SideDish readers, but those pesky folks in marketing are about to do a mass e-mailing. Each of the five courses will be prepared with the sous vide cooking method, the hottest trend in haute kitchens. The dinner, along with a sous vide martini cocktail reception, will take place at The Mercury on March 5th at 7:00PM. Chef Ward is also going to do a sous vide demonstration.
