As Sarah said, Kent is opening a new restaurant concept. As Robert Wilonsky said, Kent will “be opening a new restaurant in Preston Center, next door to Shannon Wynne’s Flying Fish in the space formerly occupied by Carrabba’s.” I’m here to say that first, the Carrabba’s space was operating as Zea’s when the real estate became available, and second, Kent and company are eventually going to take over most of the Zea’s WoodFire Grill locations and retool them as a yet-to-be named Rathbun concept based on blue-plate-special-style cooking.
