Cheese lovers take note: Scardello Artisan Cheese on Oak Lawn Avenue may be your new favorite fromagerie. Last night, owners Karen and Rich Rogers had a grand opening event, and I can’t stop thinking about their cheese. Two standouts: a delicious Appenzeller, and a Bosque Blue. Word is they can’t keep the Bosque Blue on the shelf. Welcome to the neighborhood.
