Morgan Stanley has leased 22,537 square feet of office space in Two Galleria Tower at 13455 Noel Road in Dallas. Joe Siglin of Newmark Grub Knight Frank represented the tenant, an investment firm specializing in wealth management, investment banking and sales and trading services. Chris Lipscomb of Colliers International represented the landlord, GT Dallas Properties.
