Classy Canine Daycare, a pet grooming and daycare company, has leased 4,019 square feet of retail/office space at 1730 Preston Road in Dallas. Daniel Harris of Henry S. Miller put together the direct deal on behalf of the landlord, Preston Trail Plaza.
