Brookfield Financial Partners has awarded leasing of its newly acquired office building at 19111 N. Dallas Pkwy. to Jones Lang LaSalle. The three-story, 150,600-square-foot building, called Interchange Office Center, sits near the intersection of the Dallas North Tollway and State Highway 190.

Jay Bailey and Clint Coe of JLL will oversee leasing. Bailey previously leased the property on behalf of CBRE from 2008-2011.

“We plan to build upon the momentum of the new ownership and relationships with IOC’s current tenants and to make an impact at the building,” Bailey said in a statement.

Renovated in 2007, Interchange Office Center amenities include a fitness center, a training and conference center, on-site management, and access to major highways.
